Qualified Fiduciary Generalist (50-100%)

Would you like to further deepen your knowledge in the fiduciary industry? Our primary goal is to provide comprehensive and qualitatively above-average advice to our clients.

We are looking for a high-performing and motivated personality as a qualified Fiduciary Generalist with immediate effect or by appointment.

Your tasks:

  • Keeping accounts payable
  • Keeping financial accounts
  • Completion of tax returns for individuals and legal entities
  • Keeping payroll accounts
  • Preparation of annual accounts
  • Assistance with audits

Our expectations:

  • Professional experience in the fiduciary industry 
  • Good knowledge of French and/or Italian would be a plus, but is not mandatory
  • Completed basic commercial training
  • Professional certificate in fiduciary / accounting or in training for it
  • Good comprehension skills as well as a fast and independent way of working

Apprenticeship as commercial employee E- or M-Profile

To complement our team, we are looking for a bright and eager to learn personality who would like to complete an apprenticeship in the commercial field from August 2025. During your apprenticeship you can expect a varied and exciting time in the fiduciary industry, where you can gain experience especially in the areas of accounting and taxation.

Together with our partner company Karlen Treuhand AG we are 17 employees in Ittigen and advise clients all over Switzerland. We are mainly active in the areas of accounting, tax and business consulting as well as succession planning. Our primary goal is to provide comprehensive and qualitatively above-average advice to our clients.

What you bring:

  • Secondary school diploma or real school diploma with 10th year of schooling
  • Independence and reliability
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Good willingness to learn and perform
  • Interest in business and law
  • A good flair for numbers
